the breakfast was served by a truly unfriendly lady who clearly despised children and made that known with every passive-aggressive sigh. the apartment's stairs were just divine, if you're looking for a fun way to trip. also, a complimentary bottle of wine woudl ve been nice given the inconveniences. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

during my stay, I was thrilled to find that the hotel was just a few steps from the vibrant city center and the impressive Flavian Amphitheater, making it incredibly easy to soak in the local culture and history while enjoying lovely walks around the area.

The apartment needs refurbishment, especially the bathrooms, which feels outdated. The living room sofa was uncomfortable and worn out, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, we experienced issues with maintenance that detracted from our comfort during the stay.

the only downside was the lingering smell sometimes. but the location was just a few minutes from the city center, and the spacious apartment style was great for our group. we loved the pretty courtyard for breakfast too!
